Can I start without replacing my current site?

Yes. We set up Buchung next to your current setup on a test environment or subdomain. You try it with real activities, prices, and payments. You only start paying once you receive your first booking through Buchung.

How quickly am I live?

We can often set up your environment within a day. How quickly you go live after that mostly depends on your activities, copy, and photos. The fastest operators received their first booking within 24 hours of saying yes.

About us

Not just software. Built from the field.

I know sailing camps from every angle. First as a participant on the water, then as an instructor, and finally as the operator who had to keep it all running.

Our loose tools: a WordPress site only the developer understood, with an invoice every time something needed to change. Mailchimp for sending emails, an overloaded Google Drive full of sheets only I understood, Exact for invoicing, and Google Analytics we tried to decode for marketing insights. A pile of tools that did not know each other and, above all, did not talk to each other.

Buchung is not built as a better booking tool. It is built to replace those loose tools — with one system that understands how a sailing school, retreat, clinic, or summer camp actually works.
