When I was 12, there was a disco night at our local swimming pool. I made a poster with WordArt, hung it at school, and kept a list of everyone attending—so I could convince others to join.

That instinct—bringing people together for experiences—stayed with me. Through organizing events in high school and university, through years of sailing camps as participant, instructor, and eventually as the operations manager responsible for keeping it all running.

The problem

As operations manager, I inherited spreadsheets, scattered emails, and constant phone calls. But the worst part wasn't the chaos—it was the errors that hurt the experience. Wrong dietary info. Overbookings. Parents arriving without knowing what to bring.

I tried every tool I could find. None of them understood how experience businesses work. They're built for products, not for the complexity of coordinating boats, instructors, equipment, and people. So I started building my own.

As I talked to other operators, I kept hearing the same thing: they all thought their problem was unique. That only expensive custom software could solve it.

The idea

In a world increasingly driven by short dopamine rushes, real experiences matter more than ever. A week at sailing camp. A yoga retreat. An adventure that becomes a story you tell for years.

These experiences deserve infrastructure that works. Not another generic tool, but software that understands the full journey—from first click to coming home with memories.

We want to prove that experience operators don't need expensive custom solutions. That the complexity they face isn't unique—it's a pattern we can solve once, and solve well.
