More visibility into sent emails

Booking and registration emails are easier to trace, so support questions can be answered faster.

Email is an important part of every booking: confirmations, updates, reminders, and messages to participants need to arrive clearly.

That is why we made it easier to see what Buchung sent, who the message was meant for, and what status the message has.


Easier email tracking#

Sent emails are now stored in a more structured way. For each message, we can more easily find:

  • Which email was sent and which booking, registration, or customer it belongs to.
  • Who the email was sent to, including the recipient details used at that moment.
  • Which status the message has, for example whether sending is still in progress or has finished.

This is especially useful for support questions. If a guest says an email did not arrive, it is easier to check what Buchung tried to send.


Templates are becoming more flexible#

The templates themselves have also been prepared to be managed more directly in Buchung. That helps emails better match the way your team communicates. Think of:

  • Changing text blocks without needing custom work.
  • Using variables such as name, booking, or event.
  • Supporting different languages without managing separate copies next to each other.
  • Previewing a template before it is used.

This is the foundation the communication pages in the next updates were built on.


Why this matters#

For your team, this mainly means email becomes less of a black box. Messages are easier to trace and templates become more flexible.
