    A mailing to many recipients, an early-bird or referral campaign, a bigger price change — when you're rolling out something major, we'll walk through it with you again if you want. A quick sparring session or sense-check: discount codes, conditions, timing — so you don't get caught out.

  3. Sometimes there's a one-off bulk job.

    A change you need to apply across a whole set of bookings — like the VAT adjustment on accommodation bookings earlier this year — we handle with you on the technical side. Where it's half a day of clicking for you, we get it straightened out quickly and cleanly together.

    A retention rate on a dashboard is nice, but what does it tell you? We dive into your patterns with a statistical eye. We help you understand which groups drop off and why.

    We never share business data or competitor secrets, but we do pass on winning patterns. Like how the right upsell can lift both guest satisfaction and revenue.

    A group arriving Sunday morning and your system acts up — call or message us. We're there for things that can't wait until Monday. Someone who knows your organisation picks up.

    At least once a season we plan a generous block of time for you — not half an hour. We look back at how it went, ahead at what's coming, and what we see in the market that's relevant for you. You decide when.

    Buchung is software. We work alongside you where it matters — but the work stays yours. You set the offering, the programme, the prices, the tone with your participants. We make sure the bookings, the mailings and the numbers support what you do. We don't run sailing camps, retreats, or padel clinics. That's your craft.
