Updates for offerings, your booking website, and invoice processing
What you can now manage yourself in the dashboard, what improved in email, and which bugs/performance issues we fixed.
Since the previous changelog, we mainly focused on one thing: letting you manage more in the dashboard yourself, without needing support.
1. More you can manage yourself in the dashboard#
Many of the items below were technically possible before, but in practice often still required our team. That has changed.
Did you know you can now:
- Create and manage activities from Offerings.
- Update availability and prices in bulk. You can change multiple rows at once, including relative changes compared to the current price (for example +EUR 10 or +5%).
- Manage categories, including creating, editing, archiving, reordering, and linking them to activities.
- Create events yourself and edit them in bulk more easily.
- Create variations yourself and change the display order.
- Manage booking website contact details per location, including selecting a main location.
- Organize pages on your booking website with collections and filters. For example, you can create a page for a specific theme or period and decide what should be visible there.
- Manage branding, contact, and legal information from fixed places in the dashboard.
- Set up the Google Tag Manager integration directly from the dashboard.
- Configure invoice processing with scenarios (how partial invoices and partial payments behave). For example: require a fixed deposit and schedule the remainder later, or automatically set a future invoice date for bookings in the next calendar year.

2. Email: rebuilt foundation#
We rebuilt the email layer under the hood. You already see the impact:
- We reviewed and improved our email templates in many small ways, so they render better across different email clients.
- You now receive new notification emails for important booking moments (such as a booking confirmation), with a direct link to the Buchung dashboard so you can open booking details immediately.
This is also the start of our biggest development track for the coming month. We will share updates step by step.
3. Other bug fixes and performance improvements#
- The registrations overview in the dashboard is faster and more stable, especially with larger numbers of registrations.
- When registering a manual payment in the dashboard, some users sometimes saw an incorrect error message; this is fixed.
- When selecting an event while creating or rebooking a booking, we now show future events by default for a clearer overview. When you search by name, you can still find historical events too.
- Exact Online improvements, including bulk assignment of GL accounts and clearer VAT labels.
- Changes to booking website content now become visible faster, because cache clearing after updates is improved.
