Manage domains and payment profiles yourself
Manage domains for your booking website, sending domains for email, and Mollie profiles directly from the dashboard.
Domains, email, and payments often used to require support or separate coordination. We moved several of those settings into the dashboard, so you can check them yourself more easily.
Domains for your booking website#
You can now see in the dashboard which domains are connected to your booking website.
We show more clearly:
- Which domains are active for your booking website.
- Which domains still need action, for example because DNS settings are not correct yet.
- Which steps are needed to make a domain work.
That way you do not have to guess whether a domain has already been set up correctly.
Sending domains for email#
Email domains are also more visible now. You can see which domains can be used to send emails on behalf of your organization.
If your own sending domain is not ready yet, Buchung can fall back to a Buchung sending domain for important booking emails. That prevents confirmations or other necessary emails from getting stuck while domain settings are still being completed.
For marketing emails, we stay stricter: a properly configured sending domain is important there, so guests recognize who the email comes from.
Setting Mollie profiles#
For organizations with multiple payment profiles, it is now easier to connect the right Mollie profile.
From settings, you can:
- See which payment profile is active.
- Select or update a profile.
- Check settings without needing separate coordination.
