A new dashboard, built around what matters to you
A redesigned overview page with real-time KPIs, actionable to-dos, and a navigation that keeps up as the dashboard grows.
Over the past months we've been adding more and more to the dashboard: offerings, events, finance, communication, marketing. But the navigation and the first screen you see after logging in hadn't kept up. That changes today.
The new overview page#
When you log in, you now land on a page that's actually useful. No empty state, no wall of menu items — just the numbers and actions that matter right now.
KPIs at a glance#
Four cards at the top show your key metrics, each with a trend indicator so you can see how things are going compared to the previous period:
- Bookings — new bookings in the last 30 days, compared to the 30 days before that.
- Registrations — confirmed registrations this season vs. the same point last season.
- Revenue — season revenue (incl. VAT) with a comparison to last season.
- Outstanding — total open and overdue amounts, with overdue highlighted in red.
Click any card to go straight to the full overview.
Things that need your attention#
The right column shows a to-do list that surfaces items you might want to act on:
- Open tickets — support requests waiting for you.
- Draft invoices — invoices ready to be finalized and sent.
- In-option bookings — bookings that are still options and may need confirmation or follow-up.
Each section links to its full overview so you can handle things in a few clicks.
Upcoming events and recent bookings#
The page also shows your next upcoming events with a countdown, and a table of recent bookings so you can quickly spot what came in.
Redesigned navigation#
The sidebar has been rebuilt from the ground up. Key changes:
- Collapsible sidebar — collapse it to icon-only mode when you need more space.
- Drill-down sections — click into Bookings, Listings, or Finance to see sub-pages, without losing context.
- Breadcrumb trail — always know where you are and navigate back easily.
- Operator switcher — switch between operators and organizations right from the sidebar, without going back to a separate page.
This is the most visible change, but it's also the start. In the coming period we'll revisit each page to make sure it fits in the new structure. In the meantime, let us know what you think — the Feedback button is still available on every page.
Other changes and improvements#
Tickets: on-hold status#
You can now pause a ticket and set when it automatically becomes active again. Useful when you're waiting on a response or a specific date.
Domain management#
You can now manage storefront domains and email sending domains from the dashboard. Set up custom domains for your booking website and configure verified sending addresses for emails.
Booking website improvements#
- Filter setup — the form for adding a new filter to your booking website now uses clearer labels and step-by-step guidance instead of technical field names.
- Payment button — the booking confirmation page now shows a more prominent payment button so guests are less likely to miss it.
Bug fixes#
- Automatic event filter dates on your booking website now show in your timezone instead of UTC.
- Popups in the dashboard could sometimes not be closed; this is now fixed.
- Cancelling an empty confirmed booking (with no active registrations) is now possible again.
- The age distribution chart on event pages now shows correct labels and axis values.
