More control over registrations, customers, and team access

Move registrations between bookings, add team members, and clean up duplicate customer details more safely.

In daily operations, exceptions always happen: someone needs to move to another booking, a customer appears twice in the system, or a new team member needs access. We made several of those actions easier to handle in the dashboard.


Move registrations between bookings#

You can now move a registration to another booking. This is useful when a participant belongs in a different group, or when a booking needs to be reorganized later.

The new flow guides you step by step:

  • Find the target booking the registration should move to.
  • Review a preview first of what will change.
  • Choose whether payments move along to the new booking.
  • Automatically cancel an empty source booking when that makes sense.

That helps prevent registration details, payments, and booking status from having to be corrected separately.


Add and remove team members#

Under Settings -> Team -> Team members, you can now manage team members yourself.

You can:

  • Add a team member by email address.
  • View existing team members.
  • Revoke access when someone no longer needs the dashboard.

Access applies to the organization, so team members can work with the right locations and sections.


Merge duplicate customers more safely#

When customer records are duplicated, you can now merge them with more confidence.

Buchung first shows a preview of what will happen, including warnings when email addresses or customer details need extra attention. That lets you clean up duplicate customers without blindly overwriting details.
