Plan prices and capacity with a preview first

Copy or create price and capacity rules for multiple events, with a check before saving changes.

Changing prices and capacity is often repetitive work. Especially when setting up a new season and copying rules from existing events.

We have updated price and capacity planning. You now work more step by step, with a preview of the changes before you apply them.

Copy or reset prices#

On the Listings -> Availability & pricing page, you can now plan price rules through a wizard.

For example, you can:

  • Copy prices from an existing event to new events.
  • Create new price rules for a selection of events.
  • Use previous seasons as a source, so you do not have to fill in everything again.
  • Review changes first before they are saved.

This saves a lot of manual work, especially around season changes.

Plan capacity the same way#

Capacity rules now use the same approach. Instead of one large separate flow, you work step by step:

  • Choose where the rules come from.
  • Choose which events they should apply to.
  • Check the proposed changes.
  • Apply them only when the preview is correct.

That makes it clearer what will change, especially when updating multiple events at once.

Less risk of unexpected overwrites#

The planner better accounts for existing rules. If an event has already been adjusted manually, we try not to overwrite that silently.

The goal is simple: manage many rules faster, without having to search afterward for which price or capacity was changed by accident.
