Edit activity pages yourself
Edit an activity page with blocks, preview a draft on your booking website, and publish only when everything is right.
An activity page is often more than a short description. You may want to explain details, show frequently asked questions, add a schedule, or include a video.
That is why you can now edit activity pages from the dashboard using blocks.
A page tab for activities#
On an activity, you will now find a page editor. There you can manage the content of the activity page with blocks.
The editor supports, among other things:
- Text and headings.
- Frequently asked questions.
- Timeline blocks.
- YouTube videos.
- Images and existing content blocks.
Existing activity content remains available. If there is no newly published page yet, the booking website keeps using the existing display.
Preview the draft on the booking website#
Before publishing, you can open a draft on the booking website. That lets you see the page in the real environment, not only in the editor.
This helps you check whether the order, text, and media come across well before guests see the change.
Publish safely#
Publishing now has extra checks. Links and blocks are checked before a version goes live.
Old content is also carried over to the new block structure as well as possible. That means you can move to the new editor without manually rebuilding existing activities.
When you copy an activity, the page content can also be copied, so you can prepare a new variant or new season faster.
