Arrival and departure times for multiple events at once
Set arrival and departure times for a whole series of events in one go, with rules like 'day 1 at 11:00' that resolve to the right date per event.
Running the same camp or course every week? Until now you had to set arrival and departure times per event, one by one. You can now do it in one go for the whole series.
Plan times for a whole series of events#
On the Listings → Availability & pricing page you'll find the new Plan times action. It lets you set times as a rule instead of a fixed date:
- "Arrival on day 1 at 11:00" — every event automatically gets its own first day.
- "Departure on the last day at 17:00" — even when your events differ in length.
- Count from the end too: "day 3 from the end" means two days before the last day.
That way you set the right times for eight summer camps in one go, instead of filling in the same thing eight times.
You can also:
- Choose which events the rule applies to: a manual selection or a whole period.
- Optionally filter by activities and variations, for example when only the internal variant starts on day 3.
- Review a preview first showing the current and the new time per row, so you see exactly what changes before anything is saved.
Does a calculated time fall outside an event's start and end date? You'll see a warning and explicitly confirm before those rows are applied.
The arrival and departure page of an individual event now also has a Plan times across events button that takes you straight to this new action.
Other improvements#
- The dashboard area for pricing, capacity and planning times is now fully available in both Dutch and English.
