Move registrations between locations
Move a confirmed registration to another location within the same organization, with a preview and capacity check first.
Sometimes a registration needs to move not only to another booking, but to another location within the same organization. For example, when a participant fits better at another branch, group, or schedule.
There is now a separate move action for that.
First see what will happen#
From a registration, you can start a move to another location.
Before confirming, you see a preview with:
- The new activity, location, or group the registration will move to.
- Which additions can move along.
- Which additions do not fit and need attention.
- Whether capacity is available at the chosen spot.
That lets you first check whether the move makes sense before anything is created.
Confirm capacity warnings deliberately#
If a spot is full, that is shown clearly. In some situations, you may still want to continue, for example because you have already agreed internally that there is room.
That is why you can explicitly confirm a capacity warning. Buchung does not do that silently for you.
Clearly see what happened#
A move remains traceable. The original registration, the new registration, and the chosen target spot are recorded, so it is clear later what happened.
This is especially meant for situations that used to require a lot of manual work: cancelling, recreating, checking additions, and explaining afterward why a registration was moved.
