Email templates and editor renewed
Manage templates in one overview, use email layouts, and add richer content to emails.
We expanded the communication pages further. The main change: email templates, email layouts, and the editor now fit together better.
This makes it easier to create emails that are recognizable for your organization while still being sent safely through Buchung.
One overview for templates#
The template library has been brought together in one overview.
You can now:
- Search and filter by type and status.
- Manage marketing emails and automatic booking emails from the same list.
- Start a new template from an empty base or example.
- Archive, restore, or duplicate templates when you want to clean up or build on existing work.
That means less switching between separate pages.
Email layouts and senders recorded more clearly#
Emails now use more clearly recorded email layouts and senders.
That means the formatting around a message, such as header and sender details, is preserved better when a message is sent or scheduled. If settings change later, it remains easier to trace which version was used for a sent message.
Editor safer in daily use#
The email editor has been improved in several practical ways.
New or improved:
- Highlighted headings and text blocks with background and spacing around them.
- Variables easier to insert and edit in subject, preview text, and content.
- Safer pasting of text from other editors.
The goal is that you can format more emails neatly yourself, without losing formatting or input.
