Export registrations from multiple events
Create exports for one or more events, follow the status, and download CSV or Excel files once they are ready.
Exporting registration data is often something you do not do for a single event, but for a whole series. For example, for participant lists, internal preparation, or reporting.
That is why we moved exports into a clearer overview.
Export multiple events at once#
From the events overview, you can now start a registration export for multiple events.
You choose, among other things:
- Which events are included in the export.
- Which registration statuses you want to include.
- Which fields should be in the file.
- Whether you want to download CSV or Excel.
For larger exports, CSV remains available. Excel files have a limit, so files stay usable and do not unexpectedly become too large.
Follow exports while they are being made#
An export no longer has to be ready as a direct download in the same click.
In the export center, you can see:
- Which exports are queued.
- Which exports are being processed.
- Which exports are ready to download.
- Which exports failed and can be created again.
You can refresh the list or wait until Buchung indicates that an export is ready.
Clean up old exports#
Finished exports can be removed from your overview without the download file immediately disappearing. If you removed something by accident, you can undo that.
That keeps the export overview usable, even if you regularly create lists for different events.
