We're not giving a date. We only promise something once it's in our plan, and formations aren't in it yet, we'd rather say that now than in September. What you can do: tell us you need it. Whoever raises a hand is who we talk to first when we put the design in front of operators.

Can I do anything now for next season?

Yes. The bookings you'll be sorting later can already run in Buchung today, those exist, and they're finished. Formations land on top of what's already there, not alongside it. So start with your bookings; when the board arrives, your participants are already in it.

Sort groups, boats and rooms without a spreadsheet

Drag participants into groups, boats, rooms or tables you create yourself.

This isn't built yet. We're showing it now because operators are orienting for next season right now, and because we'd rather hear what you need before we build it wrong than after.

What we're building

Your confirmed bookings are already in Buchung. What's still wrapped around them is a spreadsheet with the boats, a WhatsApp thread about who sleeps where, and a printed list that's already out of date by morning.

One board, your layout

One board you drag on

On one side your confirmed bookings, on the other the containers you create yourself: groups, boats, rooms, tables. You decide what they're called and how many fit. You drag a participant in and the board remembers it. No column to create first, no formula to break.

Draft first, then published

You keep shuffling until it's right. While you're in draft, nothing outside the board changes. Only when you publish does the layout become the version everyone else works from, and your previous version stays.

It warns you while you drag

Two kinds of signal, at the moment you can act on them: a container filling past what you configured, and a placement that conflicts with what's in the booking. It doesn't stop you, you often know exactly why it's fine this time. It just makes sure you see it before the bus leaves.
