Sound familiar?
Your plugin sends an order confirmation. After that, every change is an email to you.
- After the confirmation, you are the systemYour booking plugin sends the confirmation and it's done. One extra participant, a different phone number, an allergy that still needs adding: it arrives as an email, and you retype it into the plugin.
- “Have I paid yet?”They don't remember, and you don't know it off the top of your head either. You look up the booking, read out the amount and make the payment link again, usually while you're with a group.
- The week before, you chase detailsDiet, experience, a phone number that actually reaches someone on the day. You send one mail to fourteen people, get six back, and type those into your list by hand.
Replaces
- emails back and forth about one booking
- phone calls about outstanding amounts
- manual payment links by mail
- the Excel list of who still owes what
How does my guest get in, without an account?
Every booking has its own link. It sits in the confirmation and in every mail you send afterwards; your guest clicks and they're in. No account to create, no password to invent, no app to install. The page is on your domain, with your name and colours above it, your guest never notices they went somewhere else.
Can my guest see for themselves whether anything is still open?
The financial summary of the booking is on the same page: what it costs, what's been paid, and what's still outstanding. If an amount is open, the pay button sits underneath it. Your guest settles it with iDEAL and the booking is updated a second later, you make no more payment links.

How do I get diets and phone numbers in without chasing people?
What you ask for, experience, diet, size, a phone number for the day itself. Sits as a form in the portal. Your guest fills it in when it suits them and updates it when something changes. You send no reminders and retype nothing.

And when someone wants a wetsuit after booking?
The portal shows the extras you released for that activity. Your guest ticks what they want, sees the price immediately, confirms, and pays just the added amount. Or everything that's still outstanding in one go. It lands on the same booking, so there's no second booking and no separate payment link.

Where does what my guest fills in end up?
On the booking, as a field, not in a mail underneath it. If someone enters their allergy on Wednesday, it's in your dashboard on Wednesday and on your check-in list on Saturday, on your phone. You import nothing, you retype nothing, and on the day you're not searching back through who mailed what.

What's coming
In development now
Being built as you read this.
Returning guests stop re-entering everything
Someone who came last year retypes their phone number, their size and their diet today. We're building the part where Buchung recognises that guest and fills in what you already knew, so all they have to do is check whether it still holds.
On the radar
Designed, not built yet.
- Guests moving their own booking, within your rules: up to fourteen days ahead, once, and only to a date that still has room.
- No. They click the link in your mail and they're in. No registration, no password, no app. That's exactly why it gets used: every hurdle you put in front of it, you pay back in emails.
