Sound familiar?
You email from two systems that don't know each other: one knows who booked, the other knows how to send an email.
- “I never got anything”You search your sent items, your BCC, Mailchimp. And ten minutes later you still don't know whether that email arrived or landed in spam.
- Last month's listYou export the participants, import them into your mail tool, send. And whoever booked this week isn't on it.
- Remembering is the jobThe payment reminder, the packing list, the review request: all things you have to remember yourself, usually at night, usually too late.
Replaces
- Mailchimp
- Laposta
- MailerLite
- BCC emails from your own inbox
- The spreadsheet of email addresses
Did he get the confirmation, and did it arrive?
Every email carries a status per recipient: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, blocked. Open the booking and you see the whole timeline, which email, when, and how it ended. You can re-open the sent email exactly as the guest saw it.
Who gets the email about the autumn course?
You build the audience on your booking data, not on an exported list: everyone who did this activity, in this booking year, with this registration status. Anyone who already got the previous mail is excluded in one line. And because the audience is worked out when the mail goes out, whoever booked this morning is in it this afternoon, exactly the person an export forgets. It reaches whoever is no longer there, too: everyone who did last year's summer course and hasn't come back this year is an audience that keeps itself up to date.

Who sends the reminder while I'm out on the water on Friday?
Buchung does. The confirmation goes out the moment the booking is settled, the payment reminder the moment an amount is outstanding, and a campaign can fire on an event instead of a date you type in: booking created, payment received, registration changed. You write the email once.

Can my newsletter drag my confirmations into spam?
Not if you keep them apart, which Buchung does by default. Your newsletters and your confirmations go out through separate sender profiles on a verified domain of yours. A profile may only send if the domain is verified and matches the right purpose, so a newsletter that performs badly never touches your confirmations.

Can I write it in March and send it in April?
Yes. You write the email when you have the calm for it, set a date, and forget about it. Before sending you can open the preview for one specific recipient, with her name and her activity filled in, not {{firstname}}. Templates have draft, active and archived versions, so editing never sends half-finished work.

What's coming
On the radar
Designed, not built yet.
- The same reminder, but as an SMS, for the guest who opens his email on Monday.
- Reminders and updates over WhatsApp, in the channel your guest is already in.
- Suggest a fitting next step automatically after the event, on your rules, not an algorithm.
- You don't move anything that's already in your bookings: that's what you build the audience from. Only people who never booked with you, an old newsletter list, in other words. Get imported once, unsubscribe status included. After that you never export again.
