See how your season is running without exporting

See today whether your season is running well, revenue, booking pace and open payments side by side.

Sound familiar?

It's mid-March. Someone asks whether you're ahead of last year, and off you go.

  • You run an export, paste last season next to it, and line up the cut-off date by hand.
  • Your revenue sits in your bookkeeping, your outstanding amounts sit in your head, and you're not sure you're allowed to add the two together.
  • For “how many people are on the water in July” you count event by event, by hand.
  • The answer does arrive. Two days later, once the decision has been made.
  • Replaces

    • Excel pivot table
    • monthly export
    • a separate BI dashboard
    • asking your bookkeeper for the numbers

Booking pace

Mid-March, and you're not sure:Is my season on track?

Five seasons in one chart, aligned on sales week instead of calendar date. You pick your primary season and a benchmark season, tap a week, and see where each season stood at that same point. Week 11 against week 11, not against last year's final total. Weeks before the turn of the year stay put as negative weeks, so your November peak doesn't disappear into a catch-all bucket.

Planned demand

Not what you're hoping for, but:What is actually coming?

Per event in this month and the twelve after it: what is confirmed or in progress right now, broken down across the planning dimension you configured, your fleet, your rooms, your own categories. On your phone you open one event and see the split underneath it. Zero means zero, not missing data.

Planned demand · Planning dimension · Event · Confirmed · In progress · Category details

This is not a utilisation percentage. It counts what's booked, not what still fits.

Revenue & outstanding

Two numbers that aren't one number:What have I sold, and what still has to come in?

Revenue comes from your invoice lines: per activity, per upsell, per day or per week, incl. or excl. VAT, with an earlier season alongside. Outstanding and overdue sit next to it, not folded into it. We never add those two together, because they answer two different questions.

Down to the booking

From “€4,120 is outstanding” to:Which bookings are those?

Open items is a list, not a number. Reference, lead booker, booking value, paid, outstanding, overdue. Filterable by event and by payment status. You tick the lines you want to chase and send a payment overview in one go. Each booking shows whether it's paid, partially paid, pending or overdue.

What it doesn't do

  • No utilisation percentage. Planned demand counts booked places, not free space, capacity rules overlap each other, and a blank rule isn't zero.
  • No PDF or Excel export of the reports themselves. Sharing a view with a colleague means sharing the URL: season, benchmark and lens are all in it.
  • Booking pace and planned demand get switched on per operator, together with you. Revenue is there from day one.

What's in it

  • Revenue trend and cumulative revenue trend, per day or per week
  • Revenue per activity and per upsell, with credit, debit and difference
  • An incl. VAT / excl. VAT switch on every revenue figure
  • An earlier season alongside every revenue report
  • Booking pace across up to five seasons, aligned on sales week
  • A separate benchmark season for the difference at the same point
  • Two lenses on moved bookings: where they began, or where they are now
  • Moved in and moved out counted separately, never just the net
  • Planned demand per event for this month and the next twelve
  • A planning dimension you configure, your fleet, your rooms, your own categories
  • Open items per booking: booking value, paid, outstanding, overdue
  • Payment status per booking: paid, partially paid, pending, overdue
  • One payment overview to several bookers at once
  • Four figures on your home screen: bookings last 30 days, confirmed registrations this season, revenue this season, still to be received
  • Every view is a shareable URL, season, benchmark and lens are all in it
  • Built for your phone: a chart with tappable weeks, events as an expandable list
  • A report that fails says “unavailable”, never zero

FAQ

Still have questions?

The answers you're looking for, without having to call.

Yes, on sales week in your own timezone. Week 11 of this season against week 11 of the last, not against last year's final total. Weeks before the turn of the year stay visible as negative weeks, so what you sold in November counts at its own moment.
