Bookings
A booking flow you never have to explain
Request, booking, payment and capacity in one place. On your own domain.
Activity · Date · Extras · Discount · Total · Payment method
Sound familiar?
You don't have a booking problem. You have five places where the same booking half exists.
- The plugin says full, your diary says otherwiseYour WordPress booking plugin counts differently than the notebook behind the desk, so you call back to check whether it really is still possible.
- Paid? You have to go look it upLoose payment links in your inbox, an Excel with a “yes/no” column, and half an hour every Friday working out who still owes €87.50 for Saturday.
- Changes live in WhatsAppSomeone moves a week later, it's in a message; you retype it into two lists and hope you don't forget the confirmation.
Replaces
- WordPress booking plugin
- one-off payment links
- Excel guest list
- WhatsApp group for changes
- printed check-in list
Can someone book at eleven tonight and pay right away?
Yes, on your domain, in the languages you switched on, with the Mollie methods you enabled. Extras and discount codes sit in the same checkout, so the wetsuit and the early-bird code are already in the amount that gets paid.
How many spots are actually free right now?
One count. When someone books on your site, the same number is in your dashboard and on your check-in list a second later. You update nothing, and nobody books a spot that isn't there.
Activity · Date · Booked/Capacity · Status
Who hasn't paid yet?
Every booking carries its own financial status: paid, partly paid, open. From that same row you send a payment request or an invoice, no digging through your inbox to work out which amount belonged to whom.
Booking number · Customer · Amount · Financial status · Due date
Can that group move a week later?
You find the new date, see in one screen what moves along and what the price difference is, and confirm. The extra payment or refund is calculated against what's already been paid, so you never recalculate an amount yourself.

Check-in
What do I need to know about these guests on Saturday?
What you ask at booking, experience, diet, shoe size, phone number. Sits as a field on the booking, not in a mail underneath it. On the day you tick off who has arrived, on your phone.

What's coming
In development now
Being built as you read this.
Waiting lists
“Do you still have room for us?” already comes in as a request through the first operators' sites. A real waiting list, offering a spot automatically the moment one opens up, is built on top of that.
Deposits
Today you handle the deposit the way you handle it now: card at the desk or cash on departure. We're building the part that records which amount you took and when it went back, so you can find it without a notebook.
On the radar
Designed, not built yet.
- What if the deposit were reserved automatically through your payment provider and released on its own when nothing is damaged?
- No. We set Buchung up next to it on a subdomain or test environment, with your real activities, prices and payments. You go live when you decide to. Existing bookings and customer data can be imported, we look at your export together to see exactly what carries over.
