On your domain, in your brand
No 'buchung.com' distraction. The booking site runs on your address. Customers see your branding, your photos, your tone — right down to the confirmation email.
Features · Bookings & storefront
Your participants see, choose, book, and pay in one flow — in their language when you've activated it, with the payment options you offer through Mollie. Instant confirmation; you see every booking live with all the context you need.
Built for sailing schools, retreats, breweries, padel clubs, and everything in between and beyond. See all types →
What they see
No mandatory registration. No four steps to pick a camp. Just: see, choose, book, pay.
No 'buchung.com' distraction. The booking site runs on your address. Customers see your branding, your photos, your tone — right down to the confirmation email.
You enable the storefront languages you want to offer. Visitors book in a language that fits — without you maintaining duplicate product records for every variant.
iDEAL, cards, wallets, or other methods: whatever Mollie can offer for your account and you switch on shows up at checkout. Less manual reconciliation — fewer "has my payment landed yet?" emails.
More than half your bookings come from a phone. Every form, every photo, every button is built for that screen in their hand — not for your desktop preview.
What you get back
Every booking comes in as structured data. No transcription work. No 'where did I put Anna's dietary info again?'.
Diet, experience level, medical notes, shoe size, 'dog welcome'? Build the questions that fit your activity. With validation. With conditional logic. Without a line of code.
A parent books for three kids. A company for twelve colleagues. Buchung keeps them as one booking and one invoice — but splits them on the participant list where you need them.
The moment someone books, the spots available are updated everywhere. On the site. In your dashboard. In your colleague's check-in app. No double bookings, no 'I thought there was still room'.
More than a booking
Wetsuit, photo package, extra night. Sell them at booking, after, or on arrival.
Multiple variants per upsell. Each with its own stock. Your customer clicks one, you get a specific line on the purchase list.
Rental (the wetsuit frees up after). Inventory (photo packs run out). Unlimited (booking fees don't count against stock). Pick per upsell what makes sense.
Default: during checkout. Or after the booking (a few days before). Or at check-in (wetsuit upgrade on the dock). Each moment has its own flow.
From early-bird to referral
Early-bird discount. Newsletter code. Referral codes you review manually. All in your dashboard, no support email needed.
10% early-bird until May 1st, no code needed. Newsletter code capped at 50 uses. Every scenario needs something different — you configure it per promotion.
Referral codes. Loyalty discounts. The participant submits a short explanation when redeeming. You approve (or not) right from the booking screen — no other tab.
Set per promotion whether it combines with other discounts. No customer stacking early-bird + newsletter code if you don't want that.
When life happens
Move the week. Switch dates. Split a group in two. Buchung figures out the rest.
Find the new event. See immediately: which upsells carry over, which don't? What's the price difference? One overview, one confirmation.
Price difference calculated against the new activity and what's already been paid. For a refund: one button back to Mollie.
Your cancellation policy is set up in advance. Full refund? Credit for next season? Partial? One click and your participant sees the result in her inbox.
On your own turf
From the moment they land on your site to the invoice: your brand, your address, your tone.
booking.yourname.com — on an address that belongs to you.
Colors, fonts, logo. Nothing reminds the customer there's software underneath.
Confirmations from info@yourname.com, with your signature and your color bar.
30 minutes. We load your activities in. Then we walk through the booking flow — first from a participant's perspective, then from your dashboard.
